“As the head of the Programme in Comparative Media Law and Policy, Centre for Socio-Legal Studies at Oxford University, my research focuses on media and governance, particularly in areas of conflict and insecurity in Africa. In the MeCoDEM project I am working on the government communications work package and the Kenya country case study.”
